These sound like major projects. How long does each one take from start to finish?
This is true. Perfection for the type of projects we deliver cannot be rushed! Nor should it be. A major refurbishment or restoration can take several months. This time frame also encompasses complete interior and exterior decoration. In truth, however, it’s hard to be precise.

Is this all-round elite construction? Do you have all your trade specialists in-house?
Yes, we do. Your dedicated Project Manager will oversee not only the construction elements, but also the design and full installation of all bricklaying, carpentry, roofing, and tiles, as well as the electrics, gas and plumbing. Our team will deliver an outstanding result in every single room of the property.
Mimar also has specialist skills to plan and implement full security and home automation systems, as well as high-end building management systems, with powerful thermostats for economic and environmental control.
Have you set your heart on a swimming pool? Mimar will install everything you need, with sophisticated pool management systems to keep it at its best.
