St. Lukes Mews in London, formerly a stable building and now an elegant, modern property – is ideal for a hard-working professional. And yes, this IS the street where that famous scene in “Love Actually” was filmed!

Mimar’s brief was exacting: deliver clean, crisp interiors, allowing plenty of light to shine in. And, install high-quality wooden flooring to enhance its look and feel.

To deliver perfection, our company plumbers worked hard on the bathrooms to fit contemporary units to the very highest standards. Also, we brought the electrics fully up to date, adding innovative lighting throughout. Likewise, Mimar’s carpenters created and installed stunning staircases and much-needed storage – all with an up-to-date style and look. Finally, we completed all internal decorations and resurfaced the walls.

Here, Mimar had a team of  8-10 builders on the site, with all work being completed on time and to strict deadlines.
