In this PDF presentation we describe a complete transformation of an old mansion into a modern luxurious palace. The renovation was performed by the construction company from London – Mimar.

The construction company was required to manage almost all tasks from the very beginning to the final stage.
During the property development project Mimar was expected to:
– Renovate the building to the finest standard
– Build extension of the house by adding two wings and the second floor, which then required a new roof for the entire building
– Lay foundations and erect walls of the new wings of the building
– Construct of two flats, a gym, and a swimming pool in one of the wings
– Reconstruct the roof completely
– 1st fix and 2nd fix
– Lay out all mechanical and electrical services, i.e. design, install and commission of all intelligent systems (Building Management System)
– Erect a garage for three cars, with enough room for a limousine
